TMI Episcopal seeks a strategic and collaborative Chief Advancement Officer to lead the School’s fundraising, engagement, and advancement strategy.

Following a successful $38.5 million campaign, TMI is poised for even greater growth—and the next CAO will play a pivotal role in realizing this vision.

Reporting directly to the President/Head of School and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the CAO will partner with the Board, leadership, and the Advancement Team to design and launch a future campaign, grow the endowment, and deepen relationships with donors, alumni, and families.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with institutional priorities.

• Partner with the Board and the President to lead future campaign planning.
  
  
• Oversee development, alumni and family engagement, and marketing and communications.
  
  
• Build and mentor a high-performing Advancement Team.
